You'll grow to understand ten foundation principles of yoga asana practice that apply to all your postures.
You'll study forty essential yoga postures and learn how to make them your own.
You'll meditate on ten keys for happier living and carry out 70 simple actions each season to help make it so.
And if you choose to, you can share can share the journey with others on your course.
